I'm Shai, and Built By Shai is just me. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to your information if you fill out a form or contact me through this site.

What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site (like the ones on the “Get Started” or “What's Next” pages), I collect whatever you type in: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business type, and any message or notes you add. I don't collect anything beyond what you choose to type into those fields.

How I use it

Your information is used for one thing only: replying to you. Form submissions are sent directly to my email through a third-party form service (Web3Forms), and I read every one myself. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't email you unless you've contacted me first.

What I don't do

I don't sell it. I don't hand it to advertisers. It's only ever used to get back to you.

Analytics

This site runs Google Analytics, so I can see roughly how many people visit and which pages get looked at. It's anonymized traffic data, not anything that identifies you, and it works the same way most sites handle analytics.

Customer bookings

If I've built you a booking system through ClientPilot Booking, your customers' details (name, phone, appointment time) go straight to you. That's your data, not mine, and I don't touch it.
